Aleyna Kilic

Biography

Aleyna Kilic is a Master's student in International and European Law at the European School
of Law, University Toulouse Capitole (France), where she holds an Excellence Scholarship.
She previously completed an Erasmus exchange at Örebro University (Sweden).
She presented original research at the International Student Conference on International
Trade Law (Foreign Trade University – Université Laval), where she received the Best
Presentation Award, and is currently preparing a paper on algorithmic delegation under
Article VI of the Outer Space Treaty for the International Student Conference on
International Space Law (Leiden University – McGill University). She has also competed in
the Manfred Lachs International Space Law Moot Court.
Additionally, she has interned at the Institute of Space and Telecommunications Law (IDEST,
Paris-Saclay) and worked as a Legal Support Assistant with the NGO Inherit Your Rights in
Tanzania. Her research focuses on the disciplines of Space Law and Tech Law, especially
dealing with AI, data protection, and international trade.
